Red Roof signs with Leonardo to improve reach and consistency across third-party channels

We are excited to share that we have once again partnered with Red Roof to distribute their media across our growing network of travel channels. Red Roof was looking to expand and enhance the reach of their 600+ property portfolio, while also removing some of the friction points experienced with other platforms on the market. They came back to Leonardo, excited by our enhanced UI, new features like reports, direct connections with revenue-driving channels, as well as our commitment to future enhancements and innovation.

Given the current realities of the travel industry, our conversation with Red Roof was focused on the future and on flexibility,” explains Paul Gillard, President of Leonardo. “We offered them solutions that matched their specific brand needs and resolved existing issues. With Leonardo, Red Roof has more extensive and consistent display on key channels through our automated distribution system. We are thrilled to welcome them back to the Leonardo family.

Red Roof has over 600 properties in the United States, along with a growing portfolio of international locations in Brazil, Japan, and Canada. To manage a portfolio of this size, the brand needs reliable and proactive technology partners. With Leonardo, they have global reach with accurate distribution, an intuitive UI, and great support that quickly resolves any and all issues.

Leonardo will help Red Roof centralize media control and improve distribution workflows. We reduce the need for multiple extranets and manual tasks: one action – such as adding or deleting a photo – is carried out across our entire network. A network that includes advanced integrations with Concur, DHISCO, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, and all GDS’s.

It’s more important than ever to assess how we can maximize the efficiency of our distribution  to achieve the highest revenue potential,” says Shanna Wright, VP of Distribution at Red Roof. “As we see more positive signs for travel’s recovery, our hotels need to be seen on more channels. And every single one of those listings must be accurate, consistent and high quality, without creating manual tasks and user errors.”

We look forward to working with Red Roof to help them take back control of their third-party listings and manage their media distribution accurately and consistently in the years to come.
