As part of this partnership, Leonardo will be supporting OYO by building a custom API that connects to the company’s internal tools and enhances its existing content management system.

In the past several months, OYO has launched several initiatives for its hotel partners, and content management plays a critical role. The company has witnessed a 20%+ increase in the ranking of hotels on OTAs, websites post-on-boarding with Leonardo, which is directly proportional to high quality, exhaustive and accurate content. This has also improved customer and hotel partner retention, which is more than 90%+ globally. The partnership with Leonardo will enable OYO hotel partners to reach out to more travel OTA channels efficiently.
